We contacted an Berkshire agent in Utah that is a very close friend of my family, Heather Higgs to find a home in the central west area of Florida…she recommended Laurel Turner, also with Berkshire, Laurel was so quick to contact us. she was such a joy to work with for the next 2 months! Laurel sent listings to us every day…not knowing completely what we wanted because we were not sure ourselves…through the process she eliminated listings that were not what we felt we wanted, before we knew it she understood exactly what we were looking for! We found a home we loved…Laurel did a facetime walkthrough, we flew into Tampa and walked through the home and loved the area, home, neighbors. We put in an offer and it was accepted…she walked us through every step..helping with roof inspections…referrals for home insurance, appraisals….unfortunately with the housing market, we were unable to sell our home in Utah. Laurel was such a help when we had to dissolve the contract….with her losing the sale, and commision you would think that an agent would be upset, but Laurel only had our interests in mind! Laurel was always punctual, dependable, and detail oriented. She kept a good timeline on all
aspects of the transactions. For example, delaying the closing twice due to a delay by the bank in
